How long is processing, & shipping?
Once order is placed and items are not labeled pre-order, processing takes up to 2 business days. Processing occurs Monday to Friday. (If you order on Friday your order will be processed by Tuesday which is the next 2 business days).
Custom Hand-Made & Pre-Made Wigs have a longer processing time of 5-7 business days.
Standard Shipping occurs after order is processed which is about 3-5 business days depending on your location.(7 business days the latest). All Packages are shipped via USPS.

When will I receive my tracking number?
After order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you have provided. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it inside of your inbox. Can I make changes to my order?
Once order is processed you will not be able to make changes to your order.
May I return my order or get a refund?
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item (Incidents by us) ,contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package & we will take further actions.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, an exchange can be made within 7 DAYS of your purchase. If the merchandise is in the same condition it was received, hair must not be: unwrapped, brushed, worn, missing any tags, fingers ran through it, or altered in any way for an exchange.
If the hair is altered we will send it back to you!
